2) Worked as a Sr.Executive - Recruitment March 2007 to September 2010 Job Responsibility Main Responsibilities: Managing Recruiting Process. Sourcing Technical Resources. Creating Candidate Database. Team Building & Mentoring. Recruitment:- Sourcing of candidates as per the Job Description. Initial Screening and Short-listing of profiles. Validating and scheduling the candidates for interview. Following up with candidates till the closure of required positions. Documenting and maintaining the database (Candidates/Clients).
