● Responsible for the development of firmware for IoT edge devices.● Developing firmware on the ESP32 platform.● Responsible for developing drivers for various sensors such as temperature, magnetometer, accelerometer, etc.● Involved in the firmware development of IoT IO gateway devices. Overhauled the old IoT IO gateway code with FreeRTOS implementation and local data storage so that the gateway will store the collected data even when the gateway is not connected to the cloud, thereby ensuring no data is lost. ● Involved in the firmware development of IoT Vibration device which is used for motor maintenance by taking acceleration, magnetic, acoustics, and temperature data of the machine periodically and uploading the same to the cloud for detailed analysis and failure detection.

● Developing new PCBs by working with PCB designer for new power tether systems and embedded hardware integration.● Validate, verify and test the fabricated PCB for conformity with required functionality.● Developed tether system for small drones and DJI Mavic 2 pro. The project involved developing, 1. Ground station with power monitoring, power converter, and winch system 2. Compact power converter system to be mounted on the drone 3. Lightweight power delivery cable to the drone. The project was successful and the system is capable of continuous flight of 8hrs.

● Conceptualize sorting algorithms for the new sorting machines.● Developing embedded firmware on the STM32F7xx platform.● Developed a real-time sorting algorithm for sorting PVC, PP, and PET plastic using a low-cost NIR spectrometer. ● Developed color sorting algorithm for Cashews on STM32F7 series microprocessors. The cashew sorting machines were not capable of color sorting with the old embedded board, but with the new boards with STM32F7 and redesigned algorithm, the machine was able to sort the cashews based on color and size. This helped company to increase the sales and be on par with the competition.
