INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS – Machinery Group (client: Gardner & Denver Inc.)•New product development (NPD) of special purpose blowers used in De-sulphurization of flue gases (Tools used: Catia V5, Inventor and Auto CAD).•Created parts and assembly drawings by applying the knowledge of GD&T, Design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA). •Reviewed manufacturing quality with client using Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) and PFMEA framework. GREENFIELD / BROWNFIELD CAPEX - Consumer Products Group (Client: Procter & Gamble Co.)•Spearheaded product improvement activities by replacing old ground mixers and introduced "Rotary Batch Mixers - Munson" thereby achieved increase in productivity by 40% and a cost reduction of INR 10 Mn ($150,000).•Worked on integrating cellular manufacturing layouts in the existing facility and increased material flow, productivity from 0.25Mn detergent packs per month to 1Mn detergent packs per month.CONSUMER ELECTRONICS GROUP (Client: Eaton - Cooper Bussmann ltd)•Performed VA/VE to evaluate products in the supply chain, achieving a meaningful manufacturer - vendor relationships and 20% cost reduction across three major production sites of the client.
