As Facility Manager I take responsible for operating and maintaining the PRINCE SULTAN & SAAD PALACE’s Electrical Power Control system (EPC) including motor control, High voltage transformers, switch gears, Electric Power Distribution System, Emergency Power Generation, Relay Controls systems related to electrical power generation and distribution.Responsibilities: I take responsibilities of maintenance and services of equipment’s like AMF panel, LT & HT panels, Generators… Show more As Facility Manager I take responsible for operating and maintaining the PRINCE SULTAN & SAAD PALACE’s Electrical Power Control system (EPC) including motor control, High voltage transformers, switch gears, Electric Power Distribution System, Emergency Power Generation, Relay Controls systems related to electrical power generation and distribution.Responsibilities: I take responsibilities of maintenance and services of equipment’s like AMF panel, LT & HT panels, Generators, Inverters, Battery banks, UPS, Fire panel, Low Voltage Equipment lighting systems, cable laying, Water pumps & motors, Beam detectors, Road barriers, road blockers, Swimming Pool, jacuzzi & fountains control system, Automatic gates & Dimmer panels. Perform Energy Audits, Provide Energy Usage Calculations analysis for critical load throughout the plant and circuit protection for Voltage Sag for critical loads. Validation, optimization and efficiency analysis for cost savings and reduction of energy throughout the plant and prepare Standard operating procedure (SOP) & Risk assessment for all routine PM works. Prepare & manage documents of panels, breakers, materials and spare parts list and Provide technical advice to the facilities management in order to support them in addressing specific electrical issues. Inspect the workplace for potential hazards & Conduct site testing of all electrical related issues, and fault finding activities to ensure the property or site is well maintained..
