Project Transformation lead: (2013 November – till date) Responsible for end to end transformation of Datacenters (Accenture Private Cloud & Amazon Public Cloud).  The role will be attached to own, plan, execute and deliver end-to-end DC migration activities.  Perform initial assessment of assigned datacenter inventory.  Develop / maintain the Roadmap (Master plan) & other migration deliverables.  Interact with Application owner and understand the application architecture and criticality of the application and suggest the migration strategy ,method and plan Capture application data for the scope review document. Preparation of migration activities (workshops, plan and coordinate activities) Prepare migration plan and communicate to Application owner Perform pre migration activity and make the server & application ready Manage migration of the application and monitor the stages and actively work to resolve the migration related issues. Migration includes Windows ,Linux ,Solaris, MS SQL, MY SQL, Oracle & SAP Manage execution teams (India Teams / Client teams) for the migrations of DCs in the different Zones.  Work with Application owner and perform testing of the migrated application Perform Operation Readiness Test for the Application and handover to delivery team Monitoring and Managing the VMware Infrastructure. Provisioning of Virtual servers based on customer requests. Upgrading Virtual Machine hardware using VMware Update Manager. Migrating the servers from legacy datacenter to Private Datacenter and Public Cloud.  Performing Offline and Online migrations for Virtual Machines  Migrating servers from legacy environment to NGDC environment P2V/V2V using VMware Converter. Experience in P2V, V2V migration of the servers using VMware stand-alone converter 5.X. Being Key POC form complete migration ownership of assigned DC
