Console Operator- Retail sales, stocking and keeping the store presentable for sales. Managerial duties include- rostering, ordering, maintenance of stock levels in store, and assisting with customer complaints.

Worked in Development Services Section of Cumberland Council assisting in assessment of Development Applications. I have successfully assessed a variety of developments including single storey and 2 storied dwellings, dual occupancies, granny flats, detached dwellings. I have also been a part of pre-DA meetings consulting with prospective Home Owners in guiding through their development.

Worked as a Junior Engineer in the Ultra-luxurious Villa development project- Chaithanya Sharan, in East Bangalore, where i was involved with the Project Execution Team, working to deliver the architectural plans into reality. Entrusted with model Villa construction, I have worked with the various departments of engineering to co-ordinate and complete the works on deadlines.I have also handled the position of Quantity Surveyor on site, estimating quantities of materials for purchases, monitoring the stock levels and the administrative duties of preparing and evaluating the contractor bills prior to submission for payment.

Projects Handled: Started as Graduate Engineer Trainee and held the position of Junior Engineer at thetime of resigning, at the project Gaana Riddhi, a medium density apartment development comprisingof 240 units in 9 blocks with an adjoining Commercial complex.As a part of the training, I have studied and assessed the project reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, permits and designs.I was also in-charge of analysing the survey reports, quality assurance data, architectural and construction plans prior to co-ordination with the execution department. I have also visited other project sites during construction to monitor progress and liaise with contractorsand on-site engineers.Produced contractee reports of estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labor to monitor project feasibility.
