I am currently working as a Assistant plant manager at the Nutrihub ICAR-Indian Institute of Millets Research in Hyderabad. The role focuses on plant management, but the core is to handle research and development, commercialization aspects of products that are manufactured, and development at Nutrihub ICAR-Indian Institute of Millets Research. Developed and launched millet-based products such as jowar vermicelli, ragi vermicelli, and jowar pasta under the Eatrite brand. I also developed a ragi-based energy bar in Nutrihub, and the technology transferred to a millet startup (Deccan Agro Pvt. Ltd, Bwise 365) and launched successfully into the market. Also solving product or process errors during manufacturing for different startups under Nutrihub ICAR-Indian Institute of Millets Research. Assessing the errors in the processing and application of new techniques to resolve the product issue.
