• Working closely with leading IT security vendors like Palo Alto, McAfee, Trend Micro, Symantec, FireEye and many more to arrange customer meetings, account mapping, delivering presentations & technical POC’s• Collaborate closely with internal network and the customer to obtain a deep understanding of the customer’s technology needs or offerings and architect a solution to meet their needs• Provide technical specifications, build BoM’s and required documentation as necessary to support the proposed solution• Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customer’s met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the Pre-Sales team• Delivering technical presentations to the customers• Lead RFP responses that involve multiple service lines to solve complex business problems for clients • Create and deliver custom demos or POCs based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the solution, often requiring rapid prototyping or tailored product demo for the client. • Implementation and configuration of Palo Alto Traps -Advanced Endpoint Protection and Next -Generation Firewall• Implementation, Configuration, Maintenance of McAfee solutions for medium and large enterprises. • Implementation and configuration of Trend Micro Deep Security• Implementation and configuration of FireEye NX; EX• Monitoring and Troubleshooting the Security related queries / Problems in customer/ client environment.• Designing the Installation, configuration the policies in Technical Documents.• Discuss with clients to identify the requirements, conduct business and technical studies, design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions.• Provide an advice on information Security strategy, policies, Management, service delivery

• Work closely with respective subsidiaries of departments throughout the recruitment process while keeping them updated in a timely manner on hiring status and requirements.• Screening of CV’s for Interview process, Telephone screening (If applicable) based on essential job requirements.• Updating recruitment list for the better purpose of next phase of recruitment.• Conduct Induction / Orientation program for all newly joined employees as per the company standards.• All the joining formalities including reference checks, documentations, opening salary account, providing the new joiner with corporate email-id, identity card etc.• Keeping the leave track, Handling Time Sheet’s of employees.• Coordinating performance appraisal system and annual appraisals.• Preparing Increment list and Employee Status Change – adjustment related to Promotion, Salary, Benefits, Title Change, Grade Change and Contract Status Change and maintaining Track sheet for the request.• Identifying training needs, Organizing and coordinating the monthly training schedule and to be forwarded to HRD – T&D.• Responsible for maintaining employee database.• Handling employee grievances & disciplinary issues.• Preparing every month Payroll Budget.• Maintaining and controlling the incoming and outgoing correspondences for HR dept.• Preparing Job Descriptions.• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by HR Manager.• Preparing Salary Certificates, Salary Transfer Certificate and Service Certificate, coordinating with IT Dept. for the IT related requirements for newly hired employee.
