I have worked on the project Vodafone Hungary under the module TOMS and under the component OE.The work which i contributed in the project from phase 2.1 to phase 3.1 is as follows;1. Triage the tickets which are assigned to me, that is investigating the issues by following the steps which are followed by the customer. Applied work around for most of the issues which are assigned.2. Phase 3 and phase 3.1 testing on OE which includes end-to-end testing, regression anddefect testing.3. Interacted with the developers on the blocker issues.4. Interacted with the business analyst on the rules which has to be followed for the specific discount.5. Interacted with the people who work with the other component and also module based on the issue which I have faced.The next project I have worked on was on the product RBM- Rating and billing Management.
