As part of the TUFF (Tracking Under-reported Financial Flows) team, I applied an open-source data collection methodology to track Chinese aid flows into Latin America. I collected descriptive, quantitative, and geographic data on Chinese aid flows to complement geospatial data sets produced by AidData, and improving existing limited data sets on Chinese.
