Responsible for all aspect for Quality & development w.r.t product & application in lab & maintain records..• Carry out test for raw material, packaging material & finished products as per internal QC specification. • Carry out product development trials & modifications & implementing it consulting with R & D manager.• Examine alternate source of raw materials.• Visit Customer sites along with sales personnel for technical support.• Responsible for any customer complaints & resolving it ASAP & implement immediate corrective & preventive action.• Responsible for reprocessing returned finished products by making suitable adjustments with fresh batch.• Responsible for any new product shade development as required by customer.• Planning & scheduling for daily & weekly production plan.• Responsible for all raw materials & packaging material inventories & minimum stock.

Identification of CD (Conceptual Design) / DD (Detail Design) deliverables and estimation of Man-hours and process deliverable schedule.• Preparation of process drawings, i.e. Process Flow Scheme (PFS/PFD), Process Engineering Flow Schemes (PEFSs and P&IDs), SAFE charts, Cause & Effect Matrices, Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) drawings, Schedule of Sources of Release etc.• Design of pressure relieving and depressurising system i.e relief valves, blow down valves, restriction orifices, flare, vent, knock out vessel etc. • Design of pressure relieving and depressurising system i.e relief valves, blow down valves, restriction orifices, flare, vent, knock out vessel etc. • Preparation of process data sheets (EPDS & IPDS).• Separator sizing for two phase (Gas/Liquid) and three phase (Gas / Oil / Water) separators as per Shell DEP.
