Additionally this role also included working on Projects, Capacity Model, KPI reporting and coordinating Operations and Project Review Meeting with stakeholders.- Responsible for the Process Flow streamlining and Process Documentation for Germany Trade Operations.- Coordinated the CCDB (Client Database) restructuring Project with QM Germany and Trade Services, Germany.
