● Created a new product, eClinical (https://fr.eurofins-eclinical.com) which enabled Eurofins to extend its clinicaltesting capabilities to 26 tests from just 1 in under 8 months. Acted as a product owner/ technical program managerfor the entire project and helped roll out the new product in 259 sampling stations across France. This new productline, which also digitalized the entire patient journey, helped increase the revenue of Eurofins from 350 million Eurosto 435 million Euros in just under 1 year.● Architected Genomics e-commerce B2C platform (https://eurofinsgenomics.co.in/) right from conceptualization todeployment. The response to this product was so huge that we had to extend this to the B2B platform and providebulk order facilities to the research organization. In order to manage the huge numbers of orders from both B2C andB2B systems we had to write our own order management system.● Developed integration processes and coordinated with 18 teams to ensure those specifications were in accordancewith business requirements in next-generation food testing products.● Acting as a Scrum Master of a 10-member Scrum team and coach and mentor for another 8-member Kanban team.Helping the team understand and implement the core principles of the Agile Manifesto so that they have a clearunderstanding of why and what they are doing.

Led a team of 6 members in implementing the Master data management System for Teva Pharmaceuticals, a leadinggeneric drug manufacturing company in Israel. Integrated 13 different Oracle systems in a record 7 months of time forthis implementation which has cut the manufacturing time of generic drugs by 40%.

● Automated the manual process of fetching External Traded Instruments (ETF) data, enriching it with historical stockmarket data and feeding it to Thompson Reuters systems by implementing ETL automation which resulted in a 95%Headcount reduction of FTEs.● Created a software solution to convert the unstructured PDF to structured XML fields, which can be easily used by ETLtools to process the data.

Compliant Life Cycle Manager is a solution for developing and maintainingspecifications and tests for GxP systems over their lifecycle. Using CLCM, multiple users canparticipate in the development of project specification and qualification documents. When ready,qualifications can be executed and the test results tracked. Failing test results raise test incidentsand may result in change requests.
