> Talent Management & Development - Support the planning of a programme of learning activities required to meet individual development needs and wider organisational strategy. Ensuring that staff and resources are effectively allocated and deployed, and that the budget is managed effectively.> Succession Planning - Assist HR Head and Team Members and Manage the system and process in identifying, developing and retaining internal people with the potential to fill key leadership positions in the company. Increases the availability of experienced employees that are prepared to assume these roles as they become available. > New Employee Orientation - Ensure the NEO effectively integrates the new employee into our organization and assists with retention, motivation and job satisfaction.> Performance Management System- Responsible for anchoring the Performance Management Process, clarity on process and timeliness of completing the activity, educating and making the team leaders equipped to drive the process. Implementation of Yearly and Half-yearly Performance Appraisals. > Employee Engagment, Relation & Motivation- Actively engage employees through structured interactions, as well as regular communications formally and informally. Liaise with functional or operational managers, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve employee grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence in order to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace. Advise and train managers and supervisors to help ensure that all employer-employee relationships in the organisation are conducted in a way that complies with relevant collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organisation's employment policies and standards.> Other Generalist Activities - Based on the organisation need, should be able to extent the support on HR Generalist activities.
