• Inventory & Work order review on a weekly basis with the Operations.• Reviewing of Safety stock level for Repair group every quarter.• Periodic update on parts status for Multiple Projects.• Weekly discussions with Shop Managers & Supervisor for forecasting of new jobs/projects• Reviewing of Inventory provision on a quarterly basis.• Reviewing of long lead items and check with Purchasing team to Source these items locally/expedite them.• Periodic reviews of Cycle count for each inventory Repair group and make sure the % of cycle count is achieved for each item based on their classification.

• Preparing & providing Margin Analysis for all business groups on 1st of every month, & ask operations for explanation on variance.• Reviewing the monthly expenses with previous months and plan/forecast.• Responsible for preparing & providing reports every month with commentaries to operations • Reviewing the CAPEX on a monthly basis and closing for those capex which are fully spent or to be closed after getting confirmation from Operations• Responsible for reviewing & preparing the Inventory reverse & freight variance on a monthly basis. Providing detail reviews to Top management either the entry is taken or not.• Responsible for preparing the AFP & monthly forecast templates to Operations.• Responsible for Loading of AFP & monthly forecast no’s received from operation’s to HFM.• Prepared macros in excel for converting the TB/PTD reports from ERP format to excel.• Reviewing the Headcount detail for Rig Aftermarket, getting details from HR and providing the details to operations the employee classification region wise.• Responsible for doing monthly reconciliations for all Agent accruals, GRNV, Capex & Prepaid accounts.• Responsible for loading the Balance sheet & PL variance for each quarter in SOX.• Responsible for doing the compliance review for all new vendors.• Reporting weekly Cash flow to the Treasury Manager.

• Monitoring of advertisements booked daily and the actual advertisement appeared• Responsible for preparing of sales invoices to clients for the campaigns completed as booked• Dispatching of sales invoices along with relevant approval and magazine copies.• Responsible for passing on Vendor invoice entries in the system as booked and preparing payment for the Vendors within the credit period• Reconciliation of Vendor accounts along with the SOA received from the Vendor.• Follow-up with the Vendors on a daily basis for magazine copies• Follow-up for Vendor invoices which are booked and appeared.• Preparing back-up for all the HP invoices. To check whether the invoice sent to HP and Vendor invoices booked for HP are the same.• Uploading of back-up in HP system with all the supporting back-up for all Intel and AMD funded campaigns.• Follow-up the planning department for media plan and purchase orders received from the client and check the same with that booked in the system.
