I am responsible for delivery of various critical strategic sourcing projects and account management for the client. Responsible for project management, formulating and implementing solutions, stakeholder management, KPI reporting and issue resolutions, team performance management, escalation handlingKey Result Areas:• Project Management: Manage and deliver seamlessly on the pipeline of projects for the client; coordinate work with client stakeholders and internal sourcing team for managing end to end sourcing activities which includes spend analysis, opportunity assessment, supply market analysis, supplier identification, RFI, RFQ, RFP, eAuctions, negotiation maps and sourcing strategy preparations• People Management: Managing the resources across different geographies in terms of project scoping and execution. Managing 12 FTEs at any given time including their performance management• Account Management: Overall account management including client support and product delivery management; day to day communications and direct interface with client stakeholders across the globe. Reporting of KPIs and timely status update to the client’s Project Management Team• Business Development: Building cases for new resources based on the teams utilization; Creating new streamlines of business by understanding the various needs of client.
