Developed the Black Lotus app for Meditation and Well Being. Black Lotus was released ion Play Store and App Store in 2017. Co-founded a not-for-profit in 2018 and a startup, Black Lotus Technologies, in 2019. The Black Lotus app had 100,000 + downloads and 1000+ subscribers.

I worked for almost 18 years at Analog Devices India, Bangalore. I started as a Design Manager for the DSP Design team developing the SHARC family of DSP Processors in 1999. I was the Managing Director for the India Product Development Centre (IPDC) from 2002 to 2006. I was an Engineering Director from 2006 to 2014. I was the GM Processor-DSP group from 2014 to 2015. I was the GM of IoT Technology Group from 2015 to 2017. I helped to build Analog Devices, India, from a 30 engineer team in 1999 to around 300+ engineers in 2017.

Led a team to develop Super I/O chips for PC Motherboard. Collaborated with National Semiconductor, Israel for the development. Led a module development team for the National's PC-on-a-chip project.

Led a team to develop a Mixed-Level, Distributed software-based Fault Grading tool (Softgrade) for Intel Pentium Processors.

We developed a graphical circuit analysis and decision support software (CAPSI) for Power Distribution systems. This software was deployed successfully at many Power Utilities in India to reduce distribution losses.
