I have lead Automotive Component Business Since 2007 cutting across Cold Forging, Hot forging & Machining and Tube verticals. Couple of these ventures were turned around from loss making situations and my last assignment is a green field venture. I have structured all Business I lead according to Customer Demand which included selection of Men & Machine and laying out all the Process. I have spearheaded Business Development in all the Business I have been in-charge and built relationship in Domestic and overseas Markets.My main strength lies in starting the PDCA with the P&L statement and ending with it. I have gone through this iteration many times during my time as Business Head.I have been Head of operations of units both in North & South India. Having worked in International Markets in the first fifteen years, I have successfully worked with people of different Cultures and can form Teams cutting across geographies.
