• Review & analyze Equity Research reports published by Investment Banks and brokerage houses on companies listed in global equity markets to develop Reuters consensus estimates.• Thorough research and analysis of Income statements to identify the basis of the forecasts made by Research Analysts to ensure Reuters consensus is on apples-to-apples comparison.• Compare Reuters data on DowJones Industrial Average-DJIA30 and S&P 500 companies with First Call by conducting thorough analysis to develop case studies for Reuters sales team.• Keep track of Company Earnings guidance, Upgrades/Downgrades, Profit warnings, Mergers &Acquisitions, spin-offs, stock splits etc which affect the consensus and act accordingly.• Manage a team of Trainees, Associate Market Analysts, and Market Analysts and encourage the team members to develop skills and knowledge and monitor progress to ensure team goals are achieved.• Design & roll out Reuters data collection & maintenance policies and procedures.• Liaison between development and the production teams.
