• Coordinate with sales, clients, production, editorial, finance and other departments for set-up and implementation of the campaigns • Monetised entire mobile web and app inventory for all the ESPN properties targeting APAC• Coordinate with app developers in integrating ad SDK as per the requirement set by the ad sales team• Identifying and utilising different ad SDKs within the app build and creating a test environment to avoid wrong build submission• Setting different levels of waterfall to support multiple SSPs driving optimal revenue with the available inventory• Assist in the migration of July Ad Platform to DFP for all ESPN mobile sites• Work closely with different SSPs to monetise inventory programmatically for different geographies

• Assist Sales Team in meeting and exceeding sales goals through campaign strategy and optimization.• Day to day management of mobile display campaigns.• Manage creative approval (adherence to compliance), creative optimization and inter-department communication to manage the process.• Management of client expectations, communication and reporting metrics.• Assist in the development of custom creative with internal departments and clients.• Help the product management team in designing better products by communicating market realities and expectations.

• Manage all implementation aspects of designated display advertising campaigns through efficient use of business systems (client and order setup, inventory reservation, and ongoing order revision)• Interface daily with Sales/Account Team personnel to prioritize and execute on Media Plans and Insertion Orders to coordinate advertising campaign launch• Ensure quality and data integrity by enforcing standard policies and procedures, and ensuring financial and regulatory compliance

• Management of display and video ad campaigns • Testing of all ad creative for compliance of site specifications as well as functionality • Trafficking and implementation of targeting and 3rd party tracking to support specific requirements of a sale • Partner with Campaign Managers to maintain advertiser client relationships and their campaigns

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ESPs (email service providers)• Solid knowledge of Internet technology and applications, including a broad understanding of email and database marketing infrastructures and the technologies • Assist in the development of the overall marketing plan and how email marketing fits within that plan
