• Recruiting Diversified candidates for US Clients• Comprehensive and demonstrative knowledge of all US employment Tax terms like Corp-to-Corp (C2C)Contract.• Marketing our H1 Consultants, EAD, GC holders,s and US citizens for Direct Client requirements.• Sourcing passive candidates from other sources• Handling the end to end recruitment process from Junior to Senior Management• Uncovering "hard-to-find" talent, executive search, competitive intelligence, social networking, creative internet sourcing, and cold-calling• Follow up with the candidates, negotiation, and closure• Provide feedback on the success of filling jobs• Send daily, weekly & monthly team reports on all aspects of team performance• Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process• Maintaining a friendly competitive environment• Identify coaching needs and provide training• Continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist the recruiters in growing their candidate pools• Ensure that all recruitment activities are entered or updated accurately into the appropriate system in a timely manner
