• Managing client’s accounts and their requirements.• Coordinating with the clients, building and maintaining client relationship and providing efficient and quality service delivery.• Pre-screening the background verification forms to ensure complete details and supporting doc’s are provided by the employees and to co-ordinate with the client SPOC with regards to insufficient details.• Acting as a mediator between company and the clients.• Coordinating with internal teams to get the required data on time according to the client needs.• Calculating the performance data and error data for all the teams and presenting the same during the monthly review meeting.• Maintaining multiple trackers such as client master tracker, progress tracker, insufficiency tracker, initiation tracker, rejection tracker and performance tracker.• Responsible for assigning the cases to different divisions of operations team and co-ordination with them to ensure that the cases are completed within the stipulated time by rigorous follow up.• Ensuring closure of cases (95% of cases) within TAT.• Resolving internal problems and client escalation.• Delivering the final reports after quality check and ensuring the TAT and Quality are met as per the client SOW.• Work with the cliental protocol and help the client to close case
