I started my career as a Software Engineer QA at Citrisys Solutions. "The real answer to asking the right question is simple: keep asking. In the end, the right questions are those that get you relevant information." This, I think, was the best ever strategy for my career growth. I was promoted as Business Analyst within 3 months of my work as a QA Engineer. This motivated me to work more diligently with the team.I am a driven BA whose business requirement documents & technical specifications always pass UAT! I'm an energetic and experienced business analyst, passionate about working hand-in-hand with developers & users to produce requirements and specifications that accurately reflect business needs and are technologically achievable. We will not over-engineer: the true test of successfully eliciting requirements, producing business requirement documents, and releasing technical specifications is when the user acceptance testing (UAT) is completed on schedule.As I gained more experience, it boosted my career as I learnt new project management techniques and activities and soon worked as an assistant project manager.As time passed on, I was blessed with a son and decided to take some time out to be with my family. After a break of 2 years, during which I worked as a freelance test engineer with a few online portals, I joined back at Whirldata Science as a Quality Engineer. Soon I got some good exposure for the projects I took for testing, which, in a way, helped me regain my professional skills and work with prowess in the Project Management team.
