Review electrical materials submittals for compliance with contract documents.• Review electrical specifications and calculations for conformance with contract documents.• Implement, manage and control the project electrical quality assurance plans.• Review as built drawings of electrical works, operations and maintenance manuals and warranties.• Monitor and supervise the witnessing of testing and commissioning of all electrical systems.• Review, monitor and report on the electrical subcontractor’s progress of work.• Planning & executive Preventive Maintenance, prepared equipment history, maintenance, schedule energy audit, analysis consumption pattern Compare with it with past record for any abrupt changes.• Monitor the final inspection of completed electrical works before handing over the client. • Review the Electrical drawings, reports, specification submitted by the Design Consultant(s) at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the scope of work and agreements requirements. • Perform field activities such as: observing and recording existing site conditions, undertake and verify measurements, review contractors’ claims against the discipline documents.• Monitor the flow of contractor’s as-built drawings and submittals, review them and raise issues and suggest alternative solutions if required.• Monitor the onsite activities to ensure alignment with the service agreements.• Review, comment and action contractor’s RFIs before submission to consultants.• Review and comment on consultant’s feedback regarding materials’ submittals and contractor’s RFIs before reverting back to contractors.• Coordinate and manage the on-site activities related to the electrical activities
