It has a twin-rotor threshing system to process 50-foot wide field crops. This product outperforms in all crop conditions with about 30 % extra productivity with respect to John Deere's existing and other competitor machines. 2 utility Patents and one trade secret were able to contribute to the combine harvester product during development.-Factory experience at US Thibodaux to design and develop Sugar cane and Scraper products for about 3 years. Developed a new twin row and largest sugar cane harvester machine for Deere. I was responsible for developing a crop divider, base cutter, chopper box, and primary extractor fan structures. During assignments, I utilized a factory echo system to develop myself in product development. Had a chance to lead part development activity that needed to test in the field. Collaborated with the manufacturing team to develop parts in-house and conducted a fitment trial before shipping them to the field. In addition, also got the opportunity to handle CI and VI projects for Scrapers and 210 Loader products for about a year. Achieved cost reduction on Scraper wheel hub by about $900 per machine.-Hands-on experience to design and develop elector-hydro power reverser transmission for John Deere 5000 series tractors from scratch to the start of production(SOP). Played a key role to develop new and highly complex electro hydro 24/12 and 12/12 transmissions. Responsible to develop concepts, clutch system, gears, rear axle Structure, and Controlling Master model index. This Project received the CEO award, Region-1 Silver award, and Platinum award.- Experience in working with global design, Manufacturing, Quality, PV&V and supplier chain teams.
