WebTrends is the Web Analytics tool used in BNY Mellon and my team is responsible for the implementation across all applications in the firm. Started the team with self- learning, we manage 70 and more applications.1) After the merger of Bank of New York and Mellon, I played the major role in integration of two webtrends environment into one new robust system of 70 and more applications.2) Worked closely with the marketing teams to produce more relevant report depending on the nature of the applications.3) Dashboards are created for critical applications to present to CIO.4) Pre-processing techniques are implemented to analyze non-standard formats and also enabled us to expand the environment from 20 applications to 70 without incurring additional license cost.
