As a Sr. Manager at Hyundai Motor India, I have over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in Supplier Quality Assurance and New Model Launch. I am responsible for leading the B.I.W and Trim Exterior system quality assurance for new vehicle launch and performance validation, ensuring high-quality products that meet the customers' expectations and the market standards.My core competencies include design review, Quality Risk Analysis, Supplier Process Audit, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, Competitor Benchmarking, CFT management, Durability quality enhancement, and Reliability engineering. I have successfully completed 12 new car projects across different segments, such as EV, SUV, sedan, and hatchback, and have improved the field quality by analyzing region-specific failure modes. I am also pursuing an M.Tech in Quality Management from BITS Pilani, to further enhance my knowledge and skills in this domain.
