Hello everyone, I'm Karthik, currently working as the Head of Talent at Codingmart Technologies, Quick Recruit and recently appointed as the Branch Head at Finest Coder, an authorized training center for Codingmart. My professional journey began as an Assistant Professor, where I spent 8 enriching years in an engineering college, playing a vital role in guiding and mentoring students as their professor, advisor, and mentor.I made the transition into the field of technical recruitment, starting at Codingmart Technologies as a Technical Interviewer. Through hard work and consistent performance, I advanced to Senior Technical Recruiter, then Head of Talent, and now, Branch Head at Finest Coder. Throughout my tenure, I’ve conducted interviews across 10 cutting-edge technologies, including MERN and MEAN stacks, Angular, C#, React JS, React Native, iOS, Android, Node.js, Java, Python, and Ruby on Rails.In addition to recruitment, I’ve closely monitored intern training progress, provided valuable feedback to management, and generated detailed performance reports for interns to support their growth and skill enhancement. I’ve also taken an active role in bench management, lateral hiring, and leading campus recruitment across various colleges.As Head of Talent, I’ve been responsible for planning and overseeing training schedules, reporting directly to the CEO, and ensuring seamless operations in recruitment and talent management and also took on the responsibility of managing Quick Recruit, an AI-powered Interview-as-a-Service platform that has significantly streamlined and optimized our recruitment processes. Oversee the entire interview process and data management, ensuring that Quick Recruit handles the complete recruitment cycle efficiently, both for internal use and for our clients.Now, as the Branch Head at Finest Coder, I continue to drive training and hiring processes, fostering the development of future tech talent.
