Current• On-boarding new clients with necessary setting up of internal platforms according to the preference and need.• Automation of Trade process including Reference data set up, pricing and corporate actions using ETL and other in-house applications.• Assisting in conversion of Fund groups from other platforms to Geneva.• Reference data and Trade management for both standard and OTC instruments which includes asset classes like Equity, Futures, Options, Bonds, ABS/MBS, TBA’S, Swaps, CDS, FX etc.• Representation of multiple trade life cycle events including complex events like options exercise,assignment and expiry, Paydowns, variable rate set ups etc.• Processing of various complex corporate actions like DRP’s, Merger and Acquisitions etc.• Trade and Corporate actions break investigation and rectification.• Valuation of investments using various sources such as Bloomberg, IDC etc. as per client’s request• Lead / participate / collaborate in discussions with Product owners, Technology, Product Development etc to deliver large scale projects within agreed upon timelines.• Weekly status meetings with project teams to track progress against milestones.• Provide guidance, support and development opportunities to the members of team.• Communicate effectively on issues / problems to Client and internal teams and timely follow-up to ensure resolution.• Conduct high-level analysis in specific areas of expertise, identify and resolve work-processing issues, make suggestions to streamline operations and implement.• Perform work independently within scope and according to pre-set procedures.• Evaluate employee performance through observation of job duties as well as feedback from clients.
