Current Leading a condition monitoring team and execute planning & scheduling of CM activities across our all over project sites. Analysis like Equipment’s unbalance, misalignment, rotor Rub, mechanical Looseness, Bearings failure, hydraulic & aerodynamic forces (Blade pass-Vane pass, Flow turbulence & cavitation’s), gears & belt related problems also electrical motor related problems. Analyze and trend predictive maintenance data (vibration, IR, etc.) to determine plant condition and report this condition for action ISO 10816, ISO 2372, technique for vibration trending and for checking equipment’s Bearings / Lubrication condition. Data base setup – Data transfer – Measuring routes – Evaluation of readings – Generating Reports – Theoretical and practical exercises. Startup condition monitoring like Motor Bump-Up Test, Motor Solo Run etc. Use Engineering principles during technical analysis of maintenance issues. Like RCA, RCM & FMEA. Participate in audits and reviews of the condition monitoring function to identify actions for continuous improvement. Implementing reliability centered maintenance and training requirements. Developing turnaround planning’s and manning requirements. Develop maintenance data methodology, procedure and maintenance procedure. Emerging equipment Reliability and availability. Familiar with various international codes and standards NEMA, ASME and ANSI. Responsible for SAP CMMS PM & MIS Module. Show less
