With a track record of successfully assisting over 100 brands across 15+ sectors, Karthik is known for his ability to blend technology and common sense with a deep understanding of human behaviour. He is currently the Co-Founder of Jokar, a think tank for Indian brands helping them with sensible strategy, branding and design.Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions where he played an instrumental role in building two agencies—Underdog and Catalyst India—from scratch, working closely with the founders. Notably, during his time at HDFC Limited, he contributed to the establishment and management of its in-house design studio.Recognising the importance of nurturing talent and fostering a holistic approach, he has built and mentored various teams at these firms, empowering individuals not only to excel in their roles but also to think strategically. His expertise spans strategy, copywriting, art, design, and the overall business of creativity, all of which he mastered through self-guided learning and hands-on experience.
