Current- Actively manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for a single project. Delivers business results and assesses impact to business processes.- Helps team members to determine which work tasks are most important, manages distractions, and deals with setbacks in a timely manner. Seeks opportunities for change in order to achieve improvement in work processes, systems, etc.- Works with individuals inside and outside of Qualcomm to design solutions that will work with other components of a specific project. Maintains strong relationships with internal/external customers and business stakeholders. Builds a broad network of strong relationships across the organization.- Participates in project review sessions to communicate project status and discuss complex issues. Adapts communication style to audience to gain influence and buy-in.- Leads technical discussions to ensure the right path is followed to project completion. Utilizes several approaches to gain buy-in.- Encourages team members to further develop their skills and knowledge by directing team members to appropriate resources.
