Project Synopsis :The Intermediate Reconciliation Tool (IRT) is a lightweight reconciliation platform. Simple to medium complexity reconciliation of data can be performed. Data obtained from the flat file or database is stored to the IRT database, then stored data is transformed based on the business requirement using the ETL tool. The transformed data is reconciled. The reconciled data is provided in the form of report based on the user requirement. GUI feature is provided to search and edit the reconciled data.Responsibilities Includes :• Data Modeling to meet requirements and Developing a datamart using Oralce and Informatica • Understand the business requirement and implementing them in technical (ETL) domain.• Involved in designing and developing mappings according to the business requirements.• Have designed workflows, mappings and developed the feeds with the integrating systems of ETL tool Informatica 8.6.1, UNIX scripting and Oracle database.•Wrote complex queries in SQL to ensure the loading of the data.•Active participation in technical investigations and root out the issues.•Fixed the invalid mappings and troubleshoot and •Create Unix Shell Scripts to pull the flat-files to load into staging environment•Created and optimized the mappings for better performance.•Has the responsibility of comparing the recon outputs and process using Microsoft Excel•Contribute to development methodologies and best practices in the BI space.•Has followed the quality process in development and documentation.•Preparation of Technical Design Document (TDD). •Have prepared design flow document according to the business requirements. •Preparing Unit Test Cases.
