A few Noteworthy Strategic Projects I led are as follows:My most recent work included the Design of 3 Compendiums of National Schemes and Incentives - Development and Promotion of Start-up Incubation Landscape in India & for Startups in India & Procurement from Startups. I was part of the Core Team that conceptualized and operationalized the National Incubator Capacity Development Program, a joint initiative by the DPIIT and Invest India which Selected the Top 25 Incubator in India I have worked with the Startup India and G20 (Startup 20) Secretariat, Govt. of India on the inputs to build the Startup 20 Communique.I was involved in the Conceptualization, Design and Execution of the Activities in the Incubator / Accelerator Pavilion and the Sessions, Roundtables and Panel Discussions in the Track and was personally responsible for ensuring the participation of 200+ Incubators, 360+ Startups, 17+ Government Departments and about 34400+ eyeballs across the pavilion as Co-Lead - Incubator / Accelerator Pavilion and Track at Startup Mahakumbh I was a member of the Regional Ecosystem for Technical Excellence (RETE) Development Committee. This committee was tasked to identify Colleges in each district of Karnataka that can be developed to deliver high standards of teaching, research and extension activities leading them to become institutions of excellence.As Head of Strategic Relations & PRO UnboxinbBLR Habba, an 11-day festival featuring a convergence of history, films, art, food, and culture I was the Liaison to the Government Departments.

Karthik Kittu was a Founding Team Member and Program Manager - Startups & Innovation at Karnataka Digital Economy Mission.Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (A Government of Karnataka and Industry Initiative) is a Section 8 organization designed to function as the knowledge bridge between the Government of Karnataka and industry with a view to accelerating the growth and investments of the IT, BT and S&T sectors in Karnataka.While at Karnataka Digital Economy Mission his focus was on the following:Grassroot & Rural Innovation Development – he worked on developing a Rural and Inclusive Innovation Report depicting Rural Entrepreneurship Scenario in Karnataka Capacity building for State-sponsored Centre of Excellence (CoE) , Startup Incubator, and accelerators Technology Business Incubators – He led Startup Ecosystem Development in the State with a special focus on Beyond Bengaluru, was instrumental in creating programs for CoE Development, Incubator Development & helped conduct sessions for Women Entrepreneur’s & HNI’s from Clusters for Angel Investing too.He was instrumental in developing a Startup Pitch Event at Clusters called #Blue which turned into Mysuru Blue, Hubli-Belgaum-Dharwad Blue & Mangaluru Blue with a Special Focus on developing the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Beyond Bengaluru, the Winners were recognized the Honb’le Ministers from the Central & State Government and KDEMHe conceptualized and led a month-long Bootcamp to the Kalyana Karnataka Region which was the first of its kind to the region in association with Kalyana Karnataka Development Board and Karnataka Innovation and Technology Society on behalf of the Dept of IT, Bt & S&T, Government of KarnatakaHe also led the development of a Dashboard and a Tool to be integrated into the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission Web platform which would effectively manage all the Centres of Excellence, New Age Incubation Networks and Technology Business Incubators in the State
