I have exposure to Support Projects, working across all phases of the VALUE ASAP methodology. My responsibilities include setting up the Organizational Structure, preparing new requirement documents, Business Blue Prints, Business Scenarios, and Configuration documents. Additionally, I provide Core user training, create End user manuals, and document functional specifications for all new configuration/development initiatives in the SAP MM module.
