I am a Practising Chartered Accountant driven by passion, curiosity and values. As a Partner at Vishranth & Karthik, I have handled Internal Audits of manufacturing companies, providing CFO office services, setting up of Inventory Management systems for SMEs, value consulting for SMEs, preparation of Project Reports for Bank Financing, taxation strategy & planning, public finance consulting and allied advisory functions.Being fond of academics I facilitate knowledge sharing to aspiring MBA students at a reputed institute in Bangalore.As a Consultant at MaGC, I had the experience in handling financial and accounting consultancy projects of various Governments, in performing Audits, in preparation of investment funding models, project reports and designing the business process models for the corporates.Lent my services as a team member to the team which was involved in the evaluation of different systems of bookkeeping for the SHGs and Community Based Organisations (CBO) in Andhra Pradesh, India.I was also an active team member to a team which successfully prepared and delivered various Product Manuals for a well known Micro Finance Institution in India.I have nearly 10 years of hands on experience in the field of finance, taxation, assurance and risk assessment, strategy consulting and governance consulting.I have also designed a document on Guidelines for Training Management for conducting a successful Training Program.I cherished the responsibility of being the Editorial Board member of MaGC from April 2013 to April 2015.The social side work of mine includes the running of the my School's Alumni fund (founder member) which provides financial assistance to the economically weak students, devoting time towards the activities of Chinmaya Mission.Favourite pass time activities include playing cricket, going for walks with my wife and spending quality time with my son.
