As a Business Development Manager I am responsible for leading a project from its initiation to execution. This includes initiation, planning, execution, and managing the resources and scope of the project. Roles and Responsibilities:1. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, create project objectives, goals, deliverable and manage project constraints 2. Estimate resources required for the project, create draft project plan and scope3. Ensure effective utilization of resources and plan to ensure profit4. Take sign off on project plan and scope with the team and client5. Develop and execute project work plans and communicate according to project scope, deadlines and client needs.6. Provide clear and complete inputs to the team in order to meet the customer requirements constantly7. Effectively communicate with the client through email, phone, and weekly reports8. Track project progress and communicate it to team members and client as per schedule9. Ensure deliverable meet the quality standards as required by the client, and take corrective action in case of deviation10. Conduct project closure meetings to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
