The Inferno Racing Team is a crew of 26 ambitious mechanical engineering students from St.Joseph's College of Engineering who have designed and built an all-electric ATV. We've also taken part in events like E-Baja and Mega ATV Championships.I have had a pivotal role as a Team Manager and a Subsystem Lead.As the Team's Manager I have,•Assisted the captain in critical decision making situations.•Motivated the team at several circumstances.•Called the shot at crucial instances.•Lead the team at the event sites.

As the lead for the subsystem(Brakes) I have,•Designed the brakes using SolidWorks and Catia.•Analysed its feasibility using Ansys.•DFMEA and DVP are carried out to determine failure and validate the component.•Guided in the manufacturing of brakes as well.

•Held weekly meetings to communicate issues and weekly goals, as well as to address and resolve member concerns.•I collaborated with the manager to motivate the members.•Planned and framed the entire timeline.
