For the last two or three years, I have been involved with the tech startup ecosystem, serving as a Partner to management consulting services and as a board advisor to specialist Tech/ AI enterprises. Working in the niche intersection of sustainability, ESG, and AI, I contribute to circularity as a business sustainability management advisor in different parts of the economy.With 30+ years in diverse global roles, I specialized in IT management, telecommunications, advisory & digital services leveraging new age technologies like Cloud,5G & Blockchain. On the extracurricular front, I enjoy civilization and history, classical music, off-roading, dog parenting and perennially a struggling golfer!Throughout this journey, my T-shaped leadership style is characterized by both depth and breadth. It encompasses roles in thought leadership, strategic account management, and advisory capacities. I have spearheaded business/sales teams in diverse domains ranging from telecommunications, cloud computing and off late in the ESG management space.My approach is rooted in understanding every challenge, allowing me to drive innovation, finalize engagements, and build lasting relationships. Particularly in the telecom industry, I have led large strategic outsourcing and managed services programs and driven customer experience (CEM-led) transformations.My tenure with IBM, especially in the Telecom sector in MEA, has been transformative, allowing me to contribute to substantial industry shifts and ground-breaking innovations. Currently, as an entrepreneur, I am focused on developing my organization's footprint in our chosen markets.For me, leadership is more than guiding teams and results; it's about alignment of values, consistency, and unity in purpose.
