 Involved in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing profiles to salary negotiation and on boarding of candidates. Getting the RFH (Request For Hire) from the Recruitment Manager, provided by the Solution Center. Understanding the requirements provided on various domains across platforms and gaining knowledge on new technologies through internet research. Analysing and keeping track of the manpower requirements and prioritizing work. Involved in effective sourcing of profiles from the different job portals, references from candidates, employee referrals as well as through personal networks and delivering right fits at the right time, keeping in mind, constraints like time, cost quality and volume etc. Screening and shortlisting profiles by interacting with the candidates to acquire more information about their job profile.  Drafting and posting ads on job portals like naukri.com and monsterindia.com for new positions. Initial screening of candidates by having a preliminary discussion (direct/telephonic). Shortlisting candidates on the basis of needs/vacancy. Conducting the HR preliminary round of interviews. Verifying candidates’ educational background, work experience, career expectations and salary negotiation. Organizing and scheduling the candidates for the next level of interviews. Co-ordinating with the interview panel and getting the feedback for the candidates. Communicating offers/rejections to candidates and consultants post-interviews.  Following up with the candidates until they join. Systematically maintain the data (profiles and other information) collected, according to organizational requirements. Maintaining and updating the databank for different category of skilled professionals.
