Planning & Strategy: Defining business strategy for B2C and B2B verticals.Innovation: To work on new ideas and identifying new ways to improve site conversion, average order size, cart abandonment, and other key performance indicators to maximize sales growth and profitabilityTechnical: Liaising with technical team for day to day changes & to introduce new tools & technology for enhancing customer experience & smooth site performance.Functional: To improvise internal site architecture, defining business logic, database functionality, detail out the specs, bring it to life with the UI and work with the tech team to execute it.Marketing: Online marketing initiatives such as SEO/SEM/SMO, Personalized/Bulk eMail campaigns, Cross branding promotions, Marketing tie ups etc.Site Management: Day-to-day testings of Navigation & landing pages, Merchandising fulfillment, Configure supporting content, liaising with tech team to ensure smooth project planning and enhancing customer experience & introducing 3rd party tools with external vendors.Operational: Oversee site operations, including all site changes and enhancements, setup and maintenance of products, promotions and content to maximize site performance, Online inventory management, Ensuring smooth operation through best Supply Chain System.Team management: Defining targets, motivation, managing & working with team to ensure they meet the deadlines & achieve the targets. B2B Channels: Tying up with established Online Business Channels for brand visibility, positioning & to secure Sale numbers. Business meetings with VPs and Category Heads for product strategy, margin negotiation and various business models (Outright, Consignment, Market Place, Drop shipment etc.)Analysis: Keeping close eye on Site performance & Customer behavior with Google Analytics, Alexa & other Analysis tools. Setting benchmarks for daily traffic & to improve day to day performance.
