With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to give the power of Salesforce to users across diverse industries. As the CEO of TechArt, I oversee the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions for our customers, ranging from IoT, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Process Builder, Lightning, to Heroku Connect. I am driven by the mission of helping businesses transform their processes, workflows, and outcomes with the Salesforce platform, and I bring a wealth of knowledge, skills, and insights from my previous roles as a technical architect and a consultant.In my most recent role as a technical architect at Wiley, I was responsible for designing and developing Salesforce solutions for the publishing giant, leveraging IoT, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. I worked with a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality products that met the business requirements and user expectations. I also applied my skills in SAP, SAP R/3, and ABAP to integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms. As a Salesforce certified platform developer, administrator, and scrum master, I constantly seek to learn new technologies and best practices, and to share my expertise with others.
