It is our goal to make customers' return on investment as high as possible by supporting their business. Along with 'Pre-Owned Turbines & Special Projects', products such as 'PowerPlus, 'LifePlus​​​, 'Rotor Upgrade' & 'Consultancy Services' are now under Ageing Fleet product offering.As the head of the 'Support Office', I am primarily responsible for Product Portfolio Management for Ageing Fleet products through the entire lifecycle (from inception, design, development, sales, service, and eventually retirement) in addition to: - Investigate market developments relating to legislation changes and translate them into products to capture emerging revenue potential. - Owning 'Global Commercial Roadmap' projects for investments into products and developments related to Ageing Fleet offerings. Coordinate & supervise all the activities relating to both technical & commercial teams. - Supervise developing products, and evaluate risk under Vestas' global risk policies, Material Risk deviations and General Rules for Customer Commitments. - Guide a small & powerful team focusing on product management, validation and transport & logistics activities to support regional sales teams. - Improve and harmonize the global forecasting process on Ageing Fleet turbine stock for Rotor Upgrade & Re-powering projects.
