Responsibilities :• Inspect and scrutinize each step involved in the fabrication process according to organizational standards• Inspects in-process fabrication by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.• Approve and confirm specifications of incoming materials and reject them in the case they don’t meet the required standard• Check the procured raw materials for quality• Monitor in-process operations and recommend adjustments as per requirement.• Inspect procedures and ensure that they follow the standard safety and healthcare guidelines• Identify critical problems and troubleshoot them accordingly• Approve the finished fabricated product in lines with the set standards.• Report the number of defective products manufactured and maintain an inventory of the same• Document and report non-conformance and ensure continuous quality improvement

Job Role- 1. Making expediting plan to adhere project/order delivery date.2. Field visit and identify key areas of expediting.3. Investigating all aspects of vendors scheduling to ensure that they meet project objective.4. To ensure that the ongoing manufacturing is as per specification agreed in order.5. Identifying areas that they may cause potential delays.6. Facilitate to implement quick counter measures to help in avoiding further delivery postponement.7. Ensure that delivery is made on time.8. Ensure level of quality.9. Reporting in recommended format on the same day of visit.10. Job Role- 1. Maintaining the QA/QC document for every stage of the project. 2. Inspecting the DPT, MPT, UT, Radiography reports. 3. Reviewing structure drawings and details. 4. Final visual inspection and Inspection coordination with related drawing, standard, and specification. 5. QA/QC inspection ensures the compliance of construction and associated activities related to client approved drawing and specification by inspecting, witnessing and monitoring the activities. 6. Checking the activities inclusive of fabrication, erection of structure, pressure testing, and pre-commissioning works. 7. Inspection of works on site and prepare reports and documentations as per ITP. 8. Responsible for various inspections and expediting service for heavy fabrication including all relevant pipelines and matching components for various parts. 9. Preparing of QA/QC documents related to fabrication/erection Inspection. 10. Prepare inspection request prior to accept the structural work /welding work, pressure testing and releasing of fabricated structure in order to prepare certification for the completed items. 11. Coordinate to engineering departments when there is obstruction during erection / installation and makes as built drawing as per site condition. 12. Responsible for the process of In corning Inspection, In process Inspection, Final Inspection. 13. Provides the necessary back-up to the Quality Manager regarding contractual issues relating to Quality both during tender and project execution phase. 14. Draws up a Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan and Project Quality Procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements. 15. Assesses the Quality Control Plans of sub-contractors and identify any necessary corrective measures.
