In Intellimation, I was responsible for preparing financial models, conduct a thorough analysis of financial statements and analyzing the company’s fundamentals. In addition to having regular calls with management and attending earnings calls, also had calls with rating analysts to understand new credits and for additional due diligence. Overall, research and analysis had a direct bearing on the investment decisions taken by clients and the investment committee.

- Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit request- Provide recommendation tied to the analysis and assessment of credit risk- Develop and prepared spreadsheet models to support analysis of new bond issues and existing investments reviews. Responsible for covering 30-40 credits across high yield and investment grade- Analysing IG/HY bonds on OAS, Z-spread, G-spread, CDS-spread, duration & other criteria. These are used on a relative value basis to identify investment and trading opportunities- Working closely with senior analysts, fund managers and other research & strategy teams to help formulate and underpin security selection recommendations- Prepare and deliver Company research reports which include the recommendation, investment thesis, cash flow models, earnings analysis, liquidity analysis, credit analysis, M&A analysis, relative value analysis, capitalization schedule and financial forecasting / modelling. Focus on Global automotive sector with experience in non-financial sectors- Prepare and deliver Industry/ Sector research reports which include, but not limited to estimating global bond issuance across sectors, currencies and companies
