Production stability- Optimized manufacturing tool specs+costs and ensured efficient manufacturing of Injection molded, Stamped, Extruded & Die cast parts.- Managed strategic partnerships from technical perspective and drove the collaboration between internal and partner project teams to release products at an accelerated TTM of <6 months.- Formulated manufacturing strategy based on quality, production and sourcing aspects to achieve a resilient and cost-efficient supply chain- Drove projects with manufacturing partners like Foxconn, Flextronics etc. to improve defect rates reducing from anywhere between 10-40% down to 5% in several cases.- Drove improvement initiatives for the Product Engineering role globally by focusing on the pain points for over 200 product engineers located across Asia, Europe and US.- Worked with Cisco's central Circular Design team to develop high-level focus areas, framing Circular Design principles, scoring methodology, hosting workshops, trainings etc. while collaborating with key partners like SIMS Lifecycle, Teleplan, Covestro, Lavergne etc.e.g.- Reuse vs. Recycle (Value recovery preferences), Followed product’s life after customer-use, focus on Standardization & Modularization, Qualified Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) resins for moulding new parts, PCR vs. PIR (Post-Industrial Regrind) resins & share best practices, low-hanging fruits for ongoing projects to start making their product more circular etc.

- Tested sub-assembly components for their function and performance. - Created technical reports and related documentation for tested concepts.

- Initiated and planned project activities in accordance to the project requirements. - Reviewed and framed business plans for potential projects.- Assisted in marketing ACL projects with different energy companies at ONS exhibition’2016. **This was an unpaid work assignment as the projects lacked funding. The project work aimed at obtaining a full-time contract, as and when funds were sanctioned.

New Technology concepts developed from Idea to a Solution within Functionality, Time and Cost frames (for Autonomous and Passive Inflow Control Devices).Main responsibilities included,  Developed 3D models and 2D drawings in ProE along with preliminary FEA, DoE and CFD analysis in ANSYS Led 'Validation and Verification' and created technical reports for prototyped concepts. Performed tolerance Stack-ups, DFM, Risk/Safety/Quality assessment, Feasibility Analysis, FMEA etc.  Cross-functional stakeholder involvement with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Suppliers (managing alignment with project requirements)Additional responsibilities included, Exploring different Additive Manufacturing technologies and evaluated them to utilise the technology during prototyping for Engineering as Rapid Prototyping (Process Improvement Project) Developed and set up an Engineering Lab for functional testing
