Professional journey started off as on-job-trainee in various small set ups in Indore while doing Bachelors in Information Technology. Next major step taken was becoming Tech Support Engineer at vCustomer Pvt ltd, a major Solutions Provider to HP. Was promoted within span of 7 months to the position of Quality Mentor based on high quality standards and adherence to processes.While on job identified the areas of interest and started perusing MBA in International Business. The main focus was dealing with overseas project management, business communications, financial planning, Select Market Thrust Products, International Business Environment, MIS, productivity etc. Along with the areas of interest above, other areas included curriculum for documentations (EXIM), logistics, time management, statistics. After completing the course joined an emerging company of web-development Vinfotech at the position of Business Analyst. Graduated to the position of Project Manager in fairly quick time. Last stint was leading the team as Program Manager for Mobile, and Cloud teams. Joined Techracers / Gammastack in 2018 as Operations Head ensuring Invoicing, Operations management, managing deliveries, and being a part of leadership team for taking the company forward and upwards. During the course of time, have mentored many development team members to have a clear vision by keeping the them empowered and independent while adhering to processes. And now being in my own venture all knowledge gained along with experience in past organisations form the base of how I run operations @Tecpinion since 2023. As a deliveries, team, client kind of person, ensuring optimal use of resources form the core of working with ethics and learning from previous stumbles.
