I am responsible for:• NGO Management and supervision of a team of 20 staff members including Managing recruitment process, Hiring and professional development of Staff• Strategising for long term impact and sustainability of Centre’s work• Single Point of contact for multiple Donors (Government departments, International and national foundations and trusts, corporates CSR) for timely submission of all funding related projects/proposals, due diligence documents, reporting, utilization certificates etc as per the specified compliances and timelines and maintaining healthier relations for long term sustainabilityFeasibility Study: for a study tour to Germany in October 2016 to understand the feasibility of bringing training in `Breast cancer detection by blind Women to India, I supportedthe main lead of this project in developing a mechanism to map the differences in demographics of the two countries, probable challenges in the training back in India, documentation of the best practices of Germany that can be adapted, modified and implemented in Indian Scenario etc. The training was replicated in India from June 2017.

• To ensure the MIS related to disability specific programmes is accurate and updated from time to time in prescribe formats and has been completed in all the respects• To generate reports out of the same for monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis• Deriving qualitative and quantitative pointers showing deviations and impact to generate suggestive reports for assisting in decision making and programme innovation and improvement• Coordinating M&E for projects run by the centreAssisted the programme director in monitoring and evaluation (jointly and independently) of around 100 schools for different disabilities for ERNET supported project, Ministry of IT in around 20 states of the country viz, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Asaam, Sikkim, Maharashtra, Karnataka , Kerela etc. • Contributed as a part of the core team to develop a nationwide plan to introduce I.T. as a subject in these schools after identifying infrastructure needs, geographical limitations, resource constraints, target beneficiaries, training needs of trainers and students, and other support required• Assisted in implementation and monitored project in these identified schools in close coordination with established zonal coordinators across India by analyzing regular data reports and frequent evaluation visits and having a close look at the health of the project and associates• Suggested quality measures to improve and upgrade efficiency of different stake holders of the project for smooth functioning and to obtain desired results • The project impacted and empowered around 8, 000 students with different disabilities with IT Skills all over iIndia.

Worked as an Assistant Investigator for a `M&E study for ERNET, a department of Ministry of Information & Technology for a project “Vocational training in Information Technology for physically challenged children (Visually Impaired & Hearing Impaired) in 20 institutes in Delhi, NCR and Tamil Nadu”• Coordinated with 20 targeted schools/institutes in Tamil Nadu, Delhi & NCR.• Assisted the principal investigator in the interviews and group discussions in the urban and rural areas of Tamil Nadu, Delhi & NCR, in compiling relevant and desired quantitative and qualitative data and analyzing the findings • Assisted in Report writing for the Research Study under the name “Project-Impact’ submitted to ERNET Other Projects:• Stakeholder Management-Donors, volunteers, students and parents • Facilitating holistic development of students: interview & admissions, trainings, workshops, exposure trips, boarding& lodging etc.

 Managing day to day activities of the centre Accounts handling coordination for office repairs and maintenance  Writing Project reports, letters, Newsletters, Write Ups, Content for Brochure & web site, case studies and other advocacy related material etc for awareness building, sensitization, advocacy and fund raising.
