Getting feedback from management/Staffs to implement policies & goals. Accountability & Integrity is a MUST for whatever task i am assigned /responsible for. Trust must be earned. Planning is the key to managing any operations/projects. Training /Trusting others is just as vital, as one own self. Only thru team work , can we achieve success.
