MAIN ACTIVITIES IN USA: [During 2015-2017]• Witnessed prototype model of complete closure DVP&R test in Chrysler Pacifica, Dodge Ram Truck, Jeep Compass and Wrangler vehicle in test lab. Make sure the prototype model build as per the designs release of virtual model. Closely work with Design Team, Testing teams & Offshore CAE Team to understand the assembly tolerance & manufacturing constraint ext, to resolve Test/Field Issues & support vehicle development within assigned time.• Reviewing Final results with technical team & finalizing the designs & release of components• Providing design/process enhancements as per the project requirements.

Green Belt certificate received by completing I_OV project. Fiat Punto Rear Door Hinge Pillar Optimization design meets the Durability performance criteria with the mass saving of 6.4lbs/vehicle with S/N gain of 11.5dB.

• Complete Scorecard Assessment for all Closures & Body : (Car and Minivan Projects)• The Complete scorecard assessment is done all above Components of doors(front &rear),Deck lid or Lift gate, Hood, Roof, Quarter panel and other BIW Components from initial design phase (Step 0) to final design phase(FDJ).• The scope was to perform Static and Dynamic analysis of closure assembly. The Scorecard of each closure contains list of analysis with various stiffness target to achieve in different conditions with only closure components and also with closure components are connected to body. Based upon the Stiffness target of each closure is analysed and design suggestions are given to improve the targets given for components in each design phase.
